 Kick some ass TODAY! No not literally but in the gym or during your workout! How good does it feel to leave your workout sweating your ass off and feeling accomplished! It is the best feeling in the world and the best part is, its making you healthy and releasing all those amazing endorphins. Get addicted to working out! I sure am, I am always finding ways to incorporate working out into my daily routine. Whether it be squatting while I wash my face off or doing calf raises while I curl my hair, I always try to do SOMETHING!

Today I am going to go on a run and than smash some weights for back, bicep and butt day!
