TIP TUESDAY






Garlic
Kale Chips
1 large bunch organic kale
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon olive oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp of sea salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and Clean Kale.
Tear away leaves of Kale and pull them apart until size of a potato chip, avoiding the stem and place in large bowl
Line Foil along the cookie sheet
Put olive oil and mush around with hands
Add Sea Salt and Garlic -my measurements are per my taste you can add more or less depending on your desires
Lye the Kale Chips on foil spread apart
Place in oven for 5 minutes than take out 
Change temperature to 320 degrees and place back in oven
This is to make kale extra crispy just like a chip :)
Keep in for about 10-15 minutes until edges turn a darker green




Mint


Strawberry Mint and Chicken Salad
15-20 medium to large strawberries
3-5 oz grilled chicken
10-15 leaves fresh mint chopped
2 TBS lemon juice
2 TBS honey 
3-4 cups arugula 
Rosemary
Rub for Meats

  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 8 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
