Rest-10 seconds
Mountain Climbers-20 seconds
Rest-10 seconds
Squat Jumps-20 seconds
Rest-10 seconds
Jump Rope-20 seconds
Rest-10 seconds
High Knees-20 seconds
Rest-10 seconds
Mountain Climbers-20 seconds
Rest-10 seconds
-Do light cardio for 2 minutes and stretch!
